It may seem strange to many, but I’ve always treated the month of September as though it were the beginning of a New Year. The thought of August 31st as New Year’s Eve? While strange sounding, it may be true. This school of thought allows me to view September as a month of rebirth and of new opportunities.

This year, leading up to the month of September, I have worked on many new ideas to feature. I try to work every day with a sense of commitment, strength, dedication and passion. Throughout the years, I’ve had the opportunity to meet many people and give them working tools to help their small and big business dreams become a reality—all while sharing my loyalty and love for what I do.

Several years ago I started working on a “Grand Italian Design.” My first thought was that when many people talk about work, they do so with negative connotations; yet, people spend more time at work than they do with family or friends.

When reflecting on this thought, a gray world came to mind, with no emotion and no vision. However, the working world should be seen as a strong color like red—powerful, creative, passionate.

My second thought was: How can I change this? No one deserves to feel negatively about their job. I am lucky because I have a career I love! How can I show people how to feel the same way about their jobs as I do about mine?

With Adamis Group, we have reached very high levels of quality, loyalty and love of work from our employees. It was in these words that I found the key to everything: “Love for the job.”

So my new vision was born: “LOVE FOR WORK – Employment Agency.”
Via this employment agency, I can reach a broader market, offer a unique work dynamic, and provide new training.

Therefore, LOVE FOR WORK is an employment agency for all purposes. ADAMIS GROUP and LOVE FOR WORK, together, are two new partners working to change the labor market in Italy!

We are developing new work procedures and training techniques to create a colorful, lively, fresh and youthful employment agency that has a passion for what we do. We have increased our presence in Italy with offices in Rome, Milan, Turin and Verona to offer you more locations of choice.

But we did not change our core beliefs; we’ve kept our original DNA.
LOVE FOR WORK is ADAMIS and ADAMIS is LOVE FOR WORK—we are two entities with the same heart and soul.

Cari Lettori ben trovati.
Sembrerà strano a molti, anche se non a tutti, ma ho sempre vissuto il mese di Settembre come l’inizio di un nuovo anno.

Il 31 di Agosto come capodanno? Certo lo scenario è totalmente diverso, ma forse sì.

Sicuramente il retaggio scolastico mi porta a vedere settembre come il mese della rinascita, delle nuove opportunità.

In questi ultimi mesi ho lavorato per iniziare settembre con molte novità.

Conoscete tutti l’impegno, la forza, la dedizione e la passione che metto ogni giorno nel lavoro. Lavorando, in questi anni, ho avuto modo di conoscere migliaia di persone; ho avuto modo, anche se in minima parte, di fornirgli gli strumenti lavorativi per realizzare piccoli o grandi sogni nella loro vita. Il tutto con impeto, lealtà e amore per ciò che faccio. E diversi anni fa ho iniziato a lavorare su un “Grande Progetto Italiano”. La prima riflessione è stata: molti, quando parlano di lavoro, lo fanno con accezioni negative. Eppure il tempo destinato al lavoro è maggiore di quello dedicato alla famiglia e alla vita personale. Mi sono guardato intorno e pensando al lavoro in Italia, mi è venuto in mente un mondo grigio, senza emozioni, senza visioni. Perché? Il mondo del lavoro dovrebbe essere rosso, un colore forte, potente, creativo, passionale. Ed è stata spontanea la seconda riflessione: come posso cambiare questo? I giovani non lo meritano, noi tutti non lo meritiamo. Io sono fortunato perché faccio un lavoro che amo! Come posso dare l’opportunità ad altri di provare la mia stessa sensazione?

Certo con Adamis Group ho raggiunto livelli altissimi di qualità, di fidelizzazione, di amore nel proprio lavoro. Ed è proprio in queste parole che ho trovato la chiave di tutto. “Amore per il lavoro”.

E allora è nata la mia nuova vision: “ LOVE FOR WORK – Agenzia per il Lavoro”.

Attraverso un’Agenzia per il Lavoro, posso raggiungervi tutti, offrirvi dinamiche lavorative diverse, darvi nuovi percorsi formativi ma, soprattutto, diffondere la nostra voce in modo più imponente nel mercato del lavoro. L’impresa è stata faraonica ma ci sono riuscito.

LOVE FOR WORK è un Agenzia per il Lavoro a tutti gli effetti.

ADAMIS GROUP e LOVE FOR WORK, due nuovi partner che insieme cambieranno il mercato del lavoro in Italia? Ci impegneremo affinché questo accada.

Voglio un’Agenzia per il Lavoro, colorata, vivace, fresca, giovane e passionale e per questo stiamo lavorando su nuove procedure lavorative e formative.

Abbiamo aumentato la nostra presenza sul territorio con le sedi a Roma, Milano, Torino e Verona per darvi sempre di più l’opportunità di esserci vicini.
